She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Tyndale University, and Diplomas in Business Administration, Fashion Design, and Real Estate from The University of Technology (UTECH), Jamaica, Ellen Peterson’s Institute of Couture and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Canada.

She completed the Certified Immigration Practitioner Program with honours and was among the first to achieve accreditation from the Professional Immigration certifying organization.  December 14th, 2022, she received the highest level of accreditation by the new regulator, the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (College). She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

She is the Executive Secretary of the African Union 6th Region Canada (AU6RC), an organization representing all people of African Descent.

She is an appointed Commissioner for Oaths since 2018.

She sits on the BOD of her past high school, Herbert Morrison Technical High School alumni as Treasurer and is a bestselling co-Author of the Broken Trust Anthology “Broken Trust Empowering Stories of Healing for Relationship Finance & Wellness.”

Her best accomplishment, her two children, Saidah and Samuel.
